The aim of this survey is to contribute to improving the health outcomes and experiences of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients by gaining a greater understanding of their stay in the Virtual Care Ward while COVID-19 positive.  This will enable appropriate and meaningful collection of Patient Reported Experiences Measures (PREMS) within Metro North Community and Oral Health (COH) services to inform better care delivery for the Virtual Care Ward.
