Overview

Community and Oral Health is challenged in analysing clinical incident data and subsequently identifying and implementing improvements because there is currently an inconsistent approach in reporting incidents originating from external service providers (external to Queensland Health).

A quality improvement project is being undertaken to review this issue and develop and implement a standardised process to report clinical incidents originating from external service providers (external to Queensland Health).
