Revision of Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy 2016 to 2018

Closed 23 Oct 2015

Opened 22 Sep 2015

Overview

We are seeking your input into the revision of Metro North Hospital and Health Service’s (MNHHS) Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy for 2016-18. A link to our current Strategy is provided at the bottom of this page.

We would like to incorporate actions in the revised Strategy that build upon current successes and better integrate consumer and community engagement into our processes to improve care. This survey seeks your ideas about this.

In this Strategy the term “consumer” is inclusive of people who access or may need access to MNHHS for example, patients, carers, families, residents, clients and consumer advocates. The term community is inclusive of individuals and community groups in our catchment.
