Adis 24/7 Alcohol and Drug Support recently created a new referral option for callers wishing to engage in alcohol and/or other drug treatment. The new referral method means that callers can be directly referred to an alcohol and other drug treatment service by providing their details and answering questions about their alcohol and/or other drug concerns. The caller's details are sent to the treatment service (with the caller's consent) and the service provider will then contact the client within 2-business days to discuss an appointment.

Previously, Adis could only refer callers to another treatment service by providing them with a phone number or transferring the call.
