The safety and quality of consumer care is a key priority for Metro North Mental Health (MNMH), and informs all aspects of the work and decisions made across the service. Clinical documentation audits are one of many strategies we undertake when evaluating and improving service delivery.
The aim of the Acute Care Team Clinical Documentation Audit is to undertake a continuous quality improvement process, to measure and evaluate the use of clinical documentation tools and assists MNMH to meet the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards 2nd edition.
