Metro North Health Service Strategy Refresh

Overview

Over the past two years Metro North Hospital and Health Service (Metro North) has actively worked towards implementing the Health Service Strategy 2015-20 (Strategy). Through the commitment of all staff many priority areas identified in the current Strategy have been achieved. To ensure the Strategy aligns with the Metro North Strategic Plan and continues to guide the development and delivery of health care services a review and refresh of the Health Service Strategy has been completed.

The review process which included extensive consultation with staff, community partners and consumers was completed in March 2017.  The information from this consultation has informed the development of the draft refreshed Strategy.

Metro North is now inviting feedback on the draft refreshed Strategy before it is finalised in July.

A copy of the draft Strategy is attached below and on the first page of the survey.  Please review the Strategy and submit your feedback by June 30, 2017.

We are also holding an afternoon tea information and discussion session on the refreshed Strategy at Chermside Community Health Centre on Thursday 22^nd June from 1.45pm to 3pm. Please register to attend here.
