You provided feedback and aspirational initiatives for the MN32. You provided feedback around climate change, workforce support, precision medicine, robotics and need for integrated technology.

We did

We systematically reviewed the feedback and integrated the feedback into the draft MN32 where it was relevant. The feedback that was not directly included in MN32, was sent to the related Clinical Directorates for further action.

Overview

MN32 #NEXTCARE:MN32

The future of health was developed in 2017 to provide a 15-year outlook (2032) for Metro North Hospital and Health Service (Metro North HHS). MN32 considered the latest technology and clinical advancements as well as new and emerging workforce trends and infrastructure requirements and aspirations. MN32 provides a roadmap under the four domains (clinical models, workforce, infrastructure and research/innovation) and articulates the key outcomes to be achieved.

MN32 provides a long term outlook for Metro North HHS. A refresh of the document is currently being undertaken to ensure it provides a platform for Metro North HHS to build strategic capability to face the future challenges in health and sets aspirational milestones to focus our efforts.
