The Metro North Hospital and Health Service Oral Health Services together with the Health Service Strategy and Planning Unit is currently developing the Metro North Oral Health Services Plan 2019 - 2023.
The plan will describe the future of oral health services in the next 5 years inclusive of directions to enable a coordinated network of best practice oral health services that will include actions to better meet demand through innovative models of service delivery for eligible children and adults.
An integral component of the planning process is consultation with stakeholders to inform the development of a plan.
We would like to hear community / consumer perspectives on oral health services provided in Metro North to inform the development of this plan. We would like to engage with past or current users of oral health services and the potential future users of oral health services.
