RBWH Patient Experience Survey -Outpatients

Over the next two months each patient attending an Outpatient appointment at  RBWH  will be invited to complete a survey to help us improve patient services and care.  The questions should be answered after you have attended the  appointment.

Taking part in this survey is voluntary.

Your answers will be treated in confidence.

Familes and carers are able to complete the survey on behalf of the patient.  The answers should be given from the patient's point of view – not the point of view of the person who is helping.

Please note: Dependending upon the answers provided some questions may be skipped.

Why We Are Consulting

Your experience as a patient attending the hospital is very important to us. We are committed to improving the care we provide. We want to deliver a better experience for all our patients.To do this we need your help. We would like to hear what we do well and what we can improve on.

What Happens Next

Results will be provided to each of the Hospital Units to consider how improvements will be made. The  plan for improvement will be actioned and monitored  over the next 12 months.
