Overall majority of results demonstrate extremely positive patient experiences with services provided.

The Redcliffe Hospital CaRE survey is to assess the patient experience and indicators of an empathetic workforce capable of delivering person-centred care.
Results from this survey will inform us of further work needed to improve. It will also help us to understand what works best in different settings, for diverse audiences and considerations for workforce needs.
